Candymen 1.0 was made for Club Vivid @ Vividcon 2008. Candymen 2.0 was made for Escapade 2010 just because I thought the vid needed a reboot to celebrate some of the new hot faces on TV.

I confess, I am crazy. I don’t know where the idea came from but it sounded pretty cool at the beginning. Well, it still sounds kinda cool XD

As you can see above, I turned Buffy, Willow and Faith into comic figures and from there it went. It’s a mix of live action and animation if you can even call it that. I used Adobe After Effects for the comic animation (if you can even call it animation LOL). The result is kinda crack!tastic.

Buffy / Angel: Are We The Lucky Ones?

My first Buffy/Angel after how many years that the two shows has been off the air? Total latecomer to the fandom, I confess, but man, I totally fell for Buffy and Angel. What is it with me and tragic couples that cannot be?

This vid was done in both Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects. Even though the programs don’t integrate with each other at all, I found it a pleasure to work with both and combining the finished projects into one. I think the After Effects bits added a little something to the vid that I wouldn’t want to miss.

Lastly, I’d like to thank rhoboat for the beta on this one and LadyCallie for the audio help.
